Carroll Shelby’s take on the latest Mustang recalls the Texan’s tune-up of Ford’s first-era pony car. Like its 1965 forebear, the 2010 model has evolved from a respectable but mostly unremarkable motorcar into a devil only a handful of drivers will appreciate, much less be eager to live with. But just as some pet owners prefer a python to a Pekingese, those who yearn for unbridled horsepower and in-your-face style will find satisfaction with the Super Snake.
