XOJet: On the Up and Up

Business is booming for private jet charter provider XOJet. To help accommodate its growing client base—XOJET recently announced 40 percent year-over-year growth for the first half of 2011—the San Francisco Bay Area–based company has added more than 40 pilots over the last 18 months and plans to take delivery of four new Challenger 300 super-midsize jets from Canadian manufacturer Bombardier by the end of the year. XOJET is also nearing completion of a new 22,000-square-foot operations center in Sacramento, Calif.

Founded in 2006, XOJET offers on-demand charter and membership programs aimed at addressing a range of client needs. The company operates a fleet comprising Cessna Citation X and Bombardier Challenger 300 jets, in addition to providing access to a large network of operators, all of which—like XOJET—are among the industry’s highest rated for safety and service.
