Fierce Two-Wheeled Fashion: Christian Audigier Ducati Monster 1100S

Ducati’s Monster is the best-selling motorcycle in the history of the Italian brand, but the model’s ubiquity has sent some enthusiasts in search of more rarified rides. Texas speed shop Rever Corsa reasserts the bike’s individuality through a collaboration with clothing designer Christian Audigier, and the result is one severely tricked out Monster.

The reinterpreted Duc boasts a mile-long build sheet replete with exotic materials and race-ready components, including everything from BST carbon fiber wheels and an Öhlins TTX rear-suspension setup to Termignoni pipes. But the glittering paint job by Thinair Concepts steals the show, with turned gold leafing and a tiger graphic leaping virtually off the tank. The Christian Audigier Monster 1100S costs nearly four times as much its off-the-shelf equivalent, but for 25 owners, this custom creation will be worth every penny. (www.revercorsa.com)
