The acclaimed pâtés, terrines, and cured meats served at New York’s Bar Boulud soon can be purchased at Epicerie Boulud (www.danielnyc.com), chef Daniel Boulud’s Upper West Side boutique and café scheduled to open in late March. The shop is located across from the Lincoln Center and adjacent to the Boulud Sud restaurant, which will open in conjunction with Epicerie Boulud. Epicerie’s offerings include pâté grand-père with foie gras, truffle juice, and port; Cognac-laced pâté grand-mère; and fromage de tête Gilles Verot. It also carries a selection of specialty foods that Boulud and his chefs have discovered during their travels.
