What is the Robb Report Limited Edition Series?

For the first time ever, the publishers of Robb Report have invited a select few of the most renowned luxury brands from around the globe to create a collection of limited quantity bespoke products and once-in-a-lifetime experiences to be offered exclusively on RobbReport.com. We consider the Robb Report audience to be similar to a private club, made up of connoisseurs with a discerning taste for the best and a passion for the rare and unique. Designed expressly for you, our "members," each of these items is available only at RobbReport.com on a first-come, first-served basis, and only in very limited quantities. The Marketplace will enable you to browse this unprecedented collection of some of the rarest automobiles, wines, jewelry, technologies, and adventures to be found anywhere on earth. How do I make a purchase?

Once you have selected an item, you may secure your purchase by placing an initial deposit online using our secure system –OR– by contacting the Robb Report Personal Shopper (1.877.987.ROBB or PersonalShopper@RobbReport.com ). Each item will have a specified deposit amount.

Once Robb Report has confirmed your deposit, you will be notified via email and contacted by a Robb Report representative to begin the process of finalizing your transaction. Robb Report will schedule a call between you and the third party luxury brand presenting the limited edition item to answer any additional questions and to proceed with executing the final transaction (payment structure, shipping and delivery logistics, terms of purchase, etc.).

Please note that, the acknowledgement email is NOT an acceptance of your deposit. A deposit is considered to be an offer to purchase the good or service from the third party seller at the stated price. The deposit constitutes an irrevocable offer. By submitting a deposit you authorize Robb Report to keep possession of all funds deposited, and to deliver such amounts to the seller in the event that the seller accepts your offer.

Robb Report will only hold your deposit for two (2) business days following the date of your deposit and ending at 5:00pm Pacific Coast Time (the "Deposit Hold Period"). Once your deposit is received, Robb Report will make every effort to contact you in order to schedule a call between you and the presenting third party luxury brand during the Deposit Hold Period. Should Robb Report be unable to reach you during the Deposit Hold Period, your deposit will be returned, your place in line will be released and the item will become immediately available for others to purchase.

Is my deposit to Robb Report refundable?

Robb Report will refund your deposit up until the point of when your offer to purchase is accepted by the third party presenting luxury brand. Once there has been a written agreement executed or a monetary exchange between you and the third party presenting luxury brand, your deposit to Robb Report is no longer refundable.

Are the Limited Edition items/packages returnable?

The majority of limited edition items/packages are non-refundable and non-returnable. We encourage you to review the specific 'Terms of Purchase' associated with each Limited Edition item/package.

Is tax included in the price for the Limited Edition items?

Tax is not included in the specified price for the Limited Edition items/packages. However, all applicable taxes and/or import/export duties will be assessed based on the location of the purchaser. Please be sure to discuss all potential taxes with the third party presenting luxury brand.

What about shipping and delivery?

Please review the specific 'Terms of Purchase' for each Limited Edition item/package for information about shipping and delivery. Shipping costs and anticipated delivery times will vary among presenting luxury brands.

What payment methods does Robb Report accept?

For the initial deposit to secure your purchase of one of the Robb Report Limited Edition Series items, Robb Report will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or a wire transfer of immediately available funds. For the completion of the transaction with the respective third party presenting luxury brands, accepted payment methods will vary and should be discussed with each such third party presenting luxury brand on a case by case basis. Please review the specific 'Terms of Purchase' associated with each Limited Edition item/package.

Is my personal information kept private?

The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect personally identifiable information we collect from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. In order to register as a user at RobbReport.com, you will need to provide your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Billing and credit card information will only be used to process your order. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties.
