Trident

Trident built by the Royal Van Lent shipyard in 2009, was the 800th yacht from the storied yard. The interior and exterior were both designed by Donald Starkey. The much-awarded yacht designer employed unusual natural materials (bleached pine walls in the upper salon, a mixture of gorgeous marbles in the owner's suite) to create an understated but very elegant yacht. There's a simple grace about the interior, but no mistaking the luxury. Since Feadship didn't have an owner, the yacht immediately went into charter. Fourteen fortunate guests can avail themselves of the relaxing atmosphere Starkey created both inside and outside Trident, while knowing Feadship's extremely high standards (it was built to both MCA and Lloyd's Register regulations) will make it one of the safest superyachts on the water.
