Her worldly interests in art and culture are often expressed in Berluti’s highly original shoe designs, which include lace-ups finished with colorful, oil-based dyes; burnt-leather slip-ons with trompe l’oeil overstitching; and new "tattooed" loafers that flaunt a design of the customer’s choice.
