The new La Réserve Ramatuelle resort offers a six-day antiaging program that promotes a youthful glow and a sense of well-being—traits one could ascribe to the property itself. Opened in May, the French Riviera resort centers on a renovated 1970s building perched on a hilltop above the Mediterranean Sea in the Provençal village of Ramatuelle, just six miles from Saint-Tropez. The structure has been updated in an understated, contemporary style and houses La Réserve’s restaurant and 23 hotel rooms. Set along the hillside are 12 four- to six-bedroom villas, each with a private pool and garden.
The staff members at La Réserve cater to guests with what the resort describes as a "well-honed sense of discretion," and nowhere more so than at the property’s wellness center. Following a consultation with the spa’s on-site osteopath, Gilbert Peyramond, guests participating in the antiaging program receive individualized itineraries that combine daily spa treatments, an exercise regimen, meal planning, and stress-reducing practices.
