The hotel takes advantage of its sweeping views of the majestic Sydney Harbor and the landmark opera house, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows in nearly every space, including the 155 guest rooms and suites (starting at $895). Celebrating its local origins, Park Hyatt Sydney commissioned local artists for its artwork; refurbished its boardwalk, which was crafted from indigenous spotted gum timber; and serves locally sourced, holistic, and Australian-inspired cuisine in its restaurant.
