Maybach is the latest luxury automobile brand to develop sleek leather accessories that echo the car’s distinctive aesthetic. Its first collection of men’s leather goods, priced from $165 for an iPhone case to $6,100 for a business bag, is made with the same leather used the automobile’s plush interior, and many pieces are trimmed with carbon fiber and other signature elements found in a Maybach. If the familiar leather is not instantly recognizable to Maybach fans, various eyewear pieces and accessories also have the car’s insignia emblazoned on a seven-layer wood-and-varnish emblem.
